Glad to start the New Year of 2018 hoping to see everybody in the upcoming car shows and much more to come!
Day of the dead is a day where we honor our beloved ones who are now resting above us. In which we make a parade dressed as the dead to remember our loved ones. Meanwhile, Day of the dead is almost here homies! Start preparing your rides for the upcomimg parade in Austin. Remember show your ride to the people and enjoy the scenary of the cruise. Don't miss out!
Right now is a great time to charge batteries homies because carshows are coming soon. Being ready ahead of time is always better considering it takes longer.
Just like everybody else we have to work as well. Having a job for so many years and saving money for the rides is what we do. Nothing is free except certain car shows where you end up paying an entry fee. Maintaining these cars is a passion that we must not let go. Keep the lowrider movement going guys!
Yesterday which was Sunday in the afternoon me and some homies agreed on going to a park called "Chicano Park". But then when we headed out to get some drinks for our ice chest one of our homies trucks broke down. However what happened is that the day before on Saturday he had mentioned that it was acting kind of weird but he still came on Sunday. Since our lifestyle of lowriding consists of unity we had to help him out right there in the HEB parking lot. We help him take his truck back home on a trailer that one of us owned and then we gave him advice on what it could be that the truck won't ignite because it was turning the engine but it won't start. In conclusion we got the truck back up and running for the next car show coming up this Saturday guys! I will keep you all updated on car shows for sure. Thanks for viewing my blogs and i would like you all to start liking these blogs in addition to commenting or even sharing because i want people to know about this lowrider lifestyle homies!
Today at the carshow was fun. Family and friends got together at the library for the kids to have fun with the scholastic book fair. Many people exchanged stories with each other including our lifestyle that we carry. Even a family came from Germany to check out the lowriders and people who have only seen them in Tv finally got to see the cars in person. We all had fun! Families took pictures with the cars including a mascot!
Yes, there is something actually called getting ready for a car show. And this consists of many things such as walking to your car and uncovering it to dust it down. For a lowrider you need to charge the batteries, vacuum the carpets, clean the 13 inch spoke wheels one by one, making sure that the spineers are tight enough. And more important if it has gas and if it even turns on. If not why even go to a car show if the car is not even ready to begin with. Yet you need to do it a day before or the week before the car show date. Last but not least getting the ice chest ready with all the drinks water or Gatorade everything you name it! Including the lawn chairs.
